Temperature probes are placed at one or multiple points inside the chamber to confirm the consistency and precision of temperature control.

▪︎ HEPA Filter Replacement & Leak Check
We replace internal HEPA filters in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. A basic airflow and leakage check is performed afterward.
Applicable only for models equipped with HEPA filtration.
