READY provides the following calibration services for -80°C ultra-low temperature freezers, ensuring long-term temperature stability and panel display accuracy:

✔ Panel Display Accuracy Verification:
Using traceable and calibrated standard temperature probes, we compare the displayed values with the actual measured temperature under the set conditions to confirm whether the panel readings fall within the acceptable error range.

✔ Multi-Point Temperature Distribution Test:
Nine temperature sensors are installed inside the freezer, covering key zones including the top, middle, bottom shelves, and door areas.
Data is recorded once per minute for 1 hour (60 readings per point) to assess temperature uniformity and stability across different locations.
