▣ Testing Items & Services Provided

✔ CO₂ Concentration Testing (5% Standard) – Using a calibrated CO₂ analyzer compare the incubator’s panel display concentration with that of standard piece to evaluate accuracy and deviation.
✔ Temperature Calibration (37°C setpoint) – Measure temperature at multiple locations inside the chamber (e.g. upper, middle, lower or left, center, right) and compare with panel display to ensure uniformity and stability.
✔ Standard Piece & Certification – All standard pieces used are calibrated by third-party TAF-accredited laboratories to ensure traceability and consistency.
✔ Filter Replacement Service – For ESCO, Thermo or equivalent brand incubators, if filters are aged or performance-degraded, we offer replacement service with original or equivalent filters, to ensure gas flow and CO₂ stability remain optimal.

▣ Testing Workflow & Customer Value

1. Pre-service assessment – Upon customer request, we collect equipment model info, filter history, and usage, to prepare appropriate standard pieces and potential filter replacements.

2. Verification & comparison – Once the incubator reaches thermal and gas stability, standard piece vs panel vs instrument readings are compared. Acceptable error tolerances are determined in advance.

3. Filter check + replacement if needed – If filters are found to hinder CO₂ control (e.g. slow response time, poor concentration recovery), we replace them and re-verify performance.

4. Report delivery – After calibration, customer receives detailed report: CO₂ & temperature panel vs standard piece comparison data, filter replacement info, equipment model, service date. Suitable for GLP/GMP audits and laboratory quality systems.
