CO₂ Incubator Inspection & Thermo Filter Replacement Service
Incubator environmental stability and contamination risk management|READY
CO₂ incubators are essential equipment in cell culture and biotechnology laboratories.
The stability of temperature, CO₂ concentration, and internal air quality directly affects cell growth and experimental reliability.
Over time, filters may become contaminated or clogged due to dust accumulation or microbial growth. Regular filter replacement and performance inspection are recommended to maintain a clean and stable incubation environment.
READY provides Thermo CO₂ incubator filter replacement and inspection services, helping users verify equipment performance and reduce contamination risks.
Service scope includes:
■ Filter Replacement (Thermo)
Replacement of compatible filters according to the incubator model, followed by operational checks to ensure proper airflow and system stability.
■ Temperature Inspection
After stabilization, internal temperature is measured and compared with the displayed value using calibrated reference instruments.
■ CO₂ Concentration Inspection & Calibration Consultation
CO₂ concentration at the 5% setpoint is measured and compared with the displayed value. Calibration recommendations are provided when deviation is observed.
■ Contamination Assessment & Disinfection Consultation
If contamination, odor, or heavy filter fouling is observed, contamination status can be assessed and fumigation disinfection solutions or recommendations can be provided to restore a clean incubation environment.
Actual acceptance criteria and verification requirements should be defined according to the laboratory’s SOPs and internal regulations.
