? Test Items & Procedure

1. 12-Point Temperature Mapping (12-Hour Recording)
   • Deploy 12 sensors across both refrigeration and freezing zones (top, middle, bottom; front, center, back)
   • Record continuously for 12 hours, logging data every minute or few minutes
   • Analyze temperature distribution, fluctuations, and detect any hot/cold spots

2. External Electronic Data Logger Verification
   • If the client has an external electronic temperature recorder (datalogger), we parallel it with our standard sensors for comparison
   • Validate the logger’s accuracy, stability, and calibration deviation

3. Alarm System Testing
   • Simulate temperature excursion scenarios above or below set limits in both zones to verify audible and visual alarm triggering
   • Test alarm response time and external alarm outputs

4. Reporting & Deliverables
   • Provide a full calibration report with all 12-point temperature trend charts, statistical analysis, and alarm test results
   • Report is suitable for internal quality management or audit submission
