Vacuum Oven Temperature & Vacuum Calibration

Vacuum Oven Calibration Service

Vacuum ovens are widely used for drying, degassing, and heating applications under reduced pressure.
Under vacuum conditions, displayed temperature values may differ from actual chamber temperatures.

READY Biotech provides temperature and vacuum calibration services for vacuum ovens.

Temperature Verification

■ Standard temperature sensor measurement
■ Comparison between display and actual values
■ Temperature deviation analysis
■ Accuracy verification

Vacuum Verification

■ Vacuum level measurement
■ Display value comparison
■ Vacuum stability check
■ Vacuum system inspection

Data Analysis

■ Setpoint vs actual comparison
■ Stability evaluation
■ Vacuum deviation analysis
■ Overall performance assessment

Vacuum Oven Knowledge

Most vacuum ovens do not use circulation fans like conventional ovens.
For stable heating control, the operating temperature is typically required to be approximately 5–10°C above ambient temperature. Many vacuum oven specifications define the operating range as “Ambient +5°C to +10°C and above.”

Benefits

■ Accurate temperature verification
■ Reduced process risk
■ Improved heating stability

■ Complete calibration records
